Kerry started her career managing two floor plans at Colicchio & Sons, a 3-star restaurant in Chelsea, before turning in hospitality shifts for a daytime desk as Project Manager at Seamless, and then GrubHub. While at GrubHub, Kerry managed projects on Product, Engineering, Account Management and Sales. Her love for Project Management was sealed when she spearheaded a tech migration for 4,000 corporate clients, responsible for maintaining $250M in revenue.
Kerry’s love of food parallels her love of fitness. Kerry’s desire to reach her step goal and her life goals led her to ClassPass, where she served as Head of Global Project Management & Operations. During her time at ClassPass, Kerry launched ClassPass in Montreal, drove all marketing efforts for large scale campaigns and even project managed photoshoots. Kerry became a Jill of all traders when the pandemic hit, stepping in to manage B2B email marketing, partner webinars and brand partnerships.
In need of a reset after the pandemic, Kerry became the Director of Project Management at Sendoso, the leading B2B gifting platform. She was responsible for driving organization and efficiency across large scale cross-functional company initiatives, including marketing campaigns, product launches and events. After a wonderful Christmas holiday in Australia, Kerry returned in 2023 to a tech layoff. Her curiosity around full-time freelance, once lingering in the background, came to the forefront.
Now, Kerry runs her own consulting business, So Very Kerry. She provides independent project management for mergers & acquisitions, company rebrands, website rebuilds, and any short-term project that would benefit from a lead Project Manager. In addition, Kerry is an Asana Consultant, Ambassador and Expert, working with teams to revamp their project infrastructure, implementing new systems, and training teams on their new upgraded processes.
Kerry is a graduate of Holy Cross, where she served two terms as Student Government Association Co-Chair, and a graduate of the Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Journal of Law & Gender. Her diverse background as writer, leader, manager, and creator prepared her to manage multiple workstreams at once. With her desire to always charter new frontiers, Kerry is an expert at bringing order to chaos in all areas of life.
